Temporary terms: Orders are shipped twice a week, Mondays and Thursdays. This might make the delivery times slightly longer.


Shipping and delivery

The estimated delivery time is about 2-10 working days depending on the shipping country and what day the order is placed. Shipment fees are calculated at check-out.

For most orders, the shipping process starts directly after you’ve placed your order. Your product is shipped as soon as it’s in stock, your payment has been received, and your billing/delivery address has been confirmed. Normal workdays are Monday to Thursday, except for holidays, weekdays, and any season during the year when we spend less day at the office. Changing attitudes reserves the right, during these periods, to delay the shipping process for however long is stated in the temporary terms added. 

Some products have a longer delivery time than others. To these products, there will be added an estimated shipping date. If a significant delay occurs Changing attitudes will contact affected customers. When ordering a product with an estimated shipping date you automatically accept a longer delivery time with a possibility of delays. All products in the same order as a product with an estimated shipping date will be shipped at the same time.

Changing attitudes does not take any responsibility for delays caused by customs.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. What you can do is to return the product you don’t want and place a new order on the product and size you want instead. This is because we can’t guarantee the availability of the product and size you want to change to when your return arrives to us.


Returns and claims

a. Returns

We hope you’ll love your Changing attitudes product, but we will, of course, accept returns within 14 days from receiving your product. If you change your mind about a product you have to contact us within this time.

The products have to be undamaged and unused, with all labels and tags intact. We are unable to take back products that have been processed, damaged, or used. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Sealed products, like tube socks, must be unopened and unused for the return to be accepted, for hygienic reasons.

Returns are sent back to us together with a completed return form, see link to return form below. The customer is responsible for the return shipping, the cost is deducted from the refund amount. No shipment fees, as well as any other extra fees, will be refunded.

Please contact us at studio@changingattitudes.co before returning your order to have a return slip sent to you.

b. Claims

If you have received a damaged product, wrong product or have a complaint about one of your products you must contact us as soon as possible.

We will replace the faulty product with a new one, subject to availability. If the product happens to be out of stock, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping and return costs. Please notice, this does not apply if your product has been damaged due to extreme usage, or if you simply regret your purchase.

In the event of faulty products, Changing attitudes stands for return shipping. Don’t forget to contact us at studio@changingattitudes.co before you return your affected product to have a return slip sent to you. If you do not contact us beforehand, we are unable to compensate you for your return shipping fees. When you contact us make sure to include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Photo evidence of the error

After evaluating the affected product we will contact you with further information.

If your package is damaged upon arrival, please report this to your mail carrier and contact us at studio@changingattitudes.co


Refund

Your refund should have reached your account within 12 working days. The amount of time for you to receive your refund depends on your bank. Please contact your bank for more info.


Payment

You have the following options:

  • Credit card (Mastercard/VISA/Diners/American Express/JCB/Discover)

  • Paypal

  • Apple Pay 

When using a credit card you pay immediately at checkout. When the package arrives you pick it up at your local pick-up point. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Changing attitudes reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. Changing attitudes can also demand that you confirm the order separately by e-mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.

All prices are currently displayed in USD (US dollars).


Customs and import fees

You will be charged all costs for customs and import fees to your selected shipping country, make sure you understand what rules and fees apply by contacting the relevant authority.


Product colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 


Force majeure

In case of war, civil war, revolution, riot, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, measures by a public authority or similar circumstances Changing attitudes will apply to force majeure. This means that these terms & conditions can not or only partly be performed. If this occurs Changing attitudes will try to inform you about this.
